Men's Book Study

The men's book study meets on Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m. in the church basement. We are currently reading the book A Pilgrim's Progress. This book is a Christian allegory written by John Bunyan. The protagonist Christian is weighed down by a great burden: the knowledge of his sin. He believes this burden came from reading "the book in his hand" (the Bible). This burden, which would cause him to sink into Hell, is so unbearable that Christian must seek deliverance. Follow his journey with us as we see Scripure unfold in the people he encounters and the challenges he faces to the ultimate reward.

Update from Men's Ministry Director Greg Wills: "Wow, we almost made it through the valley of death and caught up with a friend on the same journey. Not sure, what is next and whom we will meet but somehow I think I have been on this journey and had encounters with the same people along life's path. It was good to hear how other guys had similiar and different experiences on their journey. Come out and join in, as we all try to stay on the narrow pathway."
