Colorectal Cancer Screening: Colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States. Legal Program: Civil Justice, Inc is starting a state-wide program providing low-cost wills and other legal documents to seniors of low to moderate income. Read this flyer to learn more.

Groceries for Seniors: On the first Friday of each month, the Frederick Senior Center provides free groceries for seniors in their drive-thru. Distribution starts at 1:00 p.m. and continues until all food has been distributed.

Frederick Support Group for Chronic Diseases: This is a free support group open to anyone with a chronic disease diagnosis and their supportive person. Dementia Live: This event gives participants a real-life simulation of what it might be like to live with dementia. This understanding will lead to more sensitive care partnering.
